SUCRE, 20 Abr (NÓMADA NEWS).- El Secretario General de la Fiscalía General del Estado, Edwin Quispe, informó hoy que las investigaciones por el caso denominado Fondo Indígena continúan y que existen 31 procesos con acusaciones formales listos para juicio oral y contradictorio, además que los procesos no se paralizan por la muerte del exdirector, Marco Antonio Aramayo, más únicamente se deberían extinguir los mismos con relación a esta persona y continuar contra el resto de los investigados. Por otro lado, Aramayo, en su contra contaba con tres sentencias condenatorias, una fue en Tarija en la que debía cumplir ocho años de reclusión, en Santa Cruz con una condena de cinco años y en Oruro tres años y cuatro meses, por los delitos de Incumplimiento de Deberes, Conducta Antieconómica y Contratos Lesivos al Estado. “Respecto a que las opiniones erróneas de algunos autores políticos sobre que hubieran existido más de 200 procesos en contra de Marco Antonio Aramayo, lo califico como “fals...
